Vintage Christmas Cheer with a Cinematic Twist

When The Jukebox Sweethearts approached me at Luke Batchelor Productions, they wanted a joyful, upbeat Christmas music video that reflected their unique vintage style. Dressed in festive red Santa outfits, this talented trio of 1940s-inspired singers brought a nostalgic charm to Elton John’s Step Into Christmas — and our goal was to deliver a video as festive and fun as their performance.

Filmed at the stunning Lympne Castle in Kent, this on-location shoot was designed to feel warm, theatrical, and full of holiday cheer — all while staying true to the group’s period aesthetic.

The Power of a Christmas Music Video

A seasonal music video is a brilliant way to connect with audiences during the most engaging time of the year. It’s not just about performance — it’s about storytelling, visuals, and mood. For The Jukebox Sweethearts, this festive production became their way of spreading holiday cheer to fans, promoters, and new audiences across the UK and beyond.

On-location Filming at Lympne Castle, Kent

Lympne Castle offered the perfect fairy-tale backdrop for this holiday shoot — a grand Great Hall with a towering Christmas tree, oversized presents, and candlelit charm. From the main performance in the hall to playful scenes of the trio exploring the grounds in white fur coats, we created a video that mixed theatrical flair with natural, festive beauty.
