At Luke Batchelor Productions, I work with creatives across the music industry to deliver bold, professional imagery that builds their brand and elevates their presence online. This shoot was with a house DJ based in Kent, looking to update his press kit, website, and social media profiles with modern, clean visuals that still felt connected to the nightlife scene.
A Nightlife-Inspired Branding Shoot
The shoot took place at a private address in Kent, where we had the flexibility to get creative with lighting, setup and overall style. Our goal was to capture that authentic nightclub feel — moody, atmospheric, and full of energy — without losing clarity and professionalism.
From smoke effects and vibrant coloured lighting to carefully curated scenes with decks and headphones, the final gallery blends edgy aesthetics with clean composition. Perfect for promoters, media use, and engaging fans on social media.
My Role in the Project
I provided end-to-end support across the entire shoot, including:
Photography and technical direction
Lighting design to mimic nightclub/ambient conditions
Creative posing and scene setup
Post-production and image curation
Brand alignment to match the DJ’s image and sound
The result was a set of dynamic and versatile images suitable for a wide range of uses across digital platforms, promotional materials, and press features.
